As of January 1, 2007 Leffler Miller Ward & Company became Miller Ward & Company. Jerry Ward and Michael Miller decided it was time to take the firm in a new direction and refocus the firm for future growth. The firm’s main focus is now in the entertainment and Real Estate industry.
More specifically, Jerry Ward is heading up the Business Management division which focuses its efforts mainly on the personal and professional lives of individuals in and around the entertainment industry. Though entertainment is not the only industry in which this niche works, it does seem to have the majority of the activity. As professionals get busier and busier our services become more and more important. From the basics of check writing and personal consulting, this division advances into controlling and securing the entire financial lives of some of the most prominent individuals in Hollywood.
In the Real Estate division our professionals are headed up by the Managing Partner, Michael Miller. They control and consult with over 150 Real Estate entities ranging from single family rentals to $100 Million dollar commercial properties. They have extensive experience in the tax and legal issues surrounding these properties and offer over 40 years combined experiences.
