As one of the newest members of Miller Ward (Company), Zahid Aziz has established himself as an essential figure in the Company’s practice. His diverse experience not only adds to the Company’s image but also invites a wide range of clientele.
Zahid ‘s accounting career roughly spans over ten years in which he has specialized in all walks of economic advising and handling. His experience encompasses all phases of business management, estate and tax planning, real estate, and sophisticated investment strategies and wealth preservation techniques.
Zahid prides himself in working with numerous small businesses. He is an active member of the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce (Chamber). Zahid’s long relationship with the Chamber signifies his outlying commitment to the growth and prosperity of business at the local level. At the Chamber, Zahid has been part of several business advocacy committees.
Zahid has been a frequent speaker at US Small Business Administration (USBA) program for new and start up businesses. He has served as a board member for various local nonprofit organizations. Currently, he is co-chairing quarterly joint meetings of the California Society of CPAs’ and the San Fernando Valley Bar Association.
Zahid acquired his B.S. degree in Accounting from the Southeastern University of Washington D.C. After gaining experience working with various reputable accounting firms he joined Miller Ward and Company in 2006.
Zahid is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CSCPA).
Zahid resides in Los Angeles with his wife and three daughters. He enjoys watching an occasional game of football and grilling barbecue on a warm Sunday afternoon.
